MIXER GEARDRIVETERA Mixer drives are designed on a very rigid structure enabling high bending loads. The mixer output shaft is supported by taper roller bearings or deep groove ball bearings on the smaller sizes drives. Gears are case hardened and ground for efficiency, low noise and maximum service life.
Mixer shaft designThe mixer shaft is designed to operate below first critical speed and at all frequencies up to 50 hz if an inverter is used with the drive.
ImpellersImpellers are selected by our application engineers to meet your process requirements.
Mixer selectionTERA - Top entry heavy duty industrial fluid mixers and agitators are sized and selected to meet customer process requirements. A range of standard motor powers, mixer output speeds and impeller configurations are available to ensures optimum performance.
